The focus of these camps is to give the soccer players additional fitness and technical training as they gear up for their fall season. Each session will include speed and agility training.

Our camp curriculum is designed to improve foot-skills, technical development and tactical awareness. Local qualified coaches will use high-intensity technical exercises, drills and games to aid in each players' preparation, allowing them to separate themselves from the competition. This camp is for players looking to gain a competitive edge in their physical and technical training.

Position-specific fitness training will be provided in addition to goalkeeper-specific training for all participants who are goalies.
